How is the cancellation (Early Termination) fee calculated?
The ETF is calculated by multiplying your current core subscription price by the number of months remaining on your contract. We then multiply this by 90% to reflect the savings we make by collecting your money early and not providing you with a service for the remaining period. Example: if your monthly bill is £25 and you have 4 months left, your ETF would be (£25*4)*90% = £90. As guidance some examples of ETFs for different monthly payments and different remaining terms are shown in the table below:

Your final bill will also include charges for all Customer Premises Equipment (CPE) if it is not returned. If you are moving house only TV remote and streaming box must be returned. We will automatically add any equipment charges to your account and when you return the equipment, we will credit these charges back to you. The applicable charges are:
- Router: £56 per router
- Optical Network Terminal (ONT): £40 (connected to the main router)
- Voice ATA (adapter): £30 (connected to your phone)
- Netgem TV box: £80
- Netgem TV remote control: £15
