Calls — Can I make calls when the Broadband service is down?

Our Community Fibre Calls package provides seamless landline service over our super fast full-fibre network. It is important to note however, that if your broadband service is down due to it being turned off, or any other reason, you will not be able to make calls on your handset. However, if you already use the Commuity Fibre calls app, you should still be able to make and receive calls during a power cut, provided your mobile phone has sufficient mobile data.
